It's always depend on your job you gave to us. for the rate, it's between 70 to 110 depend on how often and how to access to your property. For the minimum of service, we do minimum 1 hour with only special request from your need.

It's depend. Normally you will have the same person as this company only run by Me ( Binti) and my husband (Totok). But, In some reason if we got sick, ill, or something important we have to be away. We always ask you if we need to change persons for you. In this case, it will be your choice between waiting for us or other person will coming replacing us temporarily.
